RDL has established themselves one of the versatile Real estate agents in Bangladesh by developing modernbuilding technology. We have 60+projects, of which 45 projects are already successfully handed over to our respective clients. 15 projects are ongoing and under construction along full dedication with a commitment to handover them on agreed timeline.

Construction projects & Equipments Supply:

RDL has a strong background in construction service as well as a construction materials supply provider into local government, semi government, and private organizations.With the help and successful implementation of our one stop service methodology, some foreign companies have agreed to make joint venture with us, and it help us to grow both local and overseas perspective.

Recruitment Process (Domestic Project)

1. Collecting Job Description & Job Requirement for the position as well as extra qualification if needed
2. According to the Job description, go through our database for the best fit, and if necessary, collect additional candidate’s information from external sources.
3. Selecting & Screening the potential candidates.
4. Arranging interview as per Client requirement (direct/On line). Our experts as well as client’s representative are present in the interview panel
5. Manage Police Clearance, Character certificate from local authority and other required documents of every personnel (if necessary) on behalf of the client.
6. Medical Examination of the selected personnel/workers is done from the client preferred/authorized Medical Center.

Recruitment Process (Overseas Project)

1. Collection of Demand Order and Power of Attorney from the Client - in the name of Recruiting Agency.
2. Screening the potential candidates from our database as per the specifications of the Client.
3. The recruiting agent shall arrange potential candidates for Interview for the final selection by the Client. Before the Interview the workers shall be informed about wages, working hours, overtime and holidays, food, medical, duration, air passage etc.
4. Medical Examination of the selected workers is done from the approved Medical Center.
5. Medically fit workers papers along with the signed Employment Contract of the workers to be forwarded to the Client for Visa Processing.
6. After receiving the visa documents from the client an orientation shall be arranged by the agent. Hence, the Manpower Clearance / Permission to be collected for the workers as per the existing rules of Bangladesh Government.
7. Finally, the Employer or the Agent arranges air tickets for the workers to send them to their job under the Employer at overseas country.
